Aldi is the country’s biggest supermarket chain, with more than 600 stores across the US.
It has a long history of producing its own canned fruit, such as kiwifruit, cranberries and mangoes.
However, it now has plans to produce a range of new fruit products.
The company says it will have up to 50 varieties of fruit and will be launching a new line of fruit products this year.
It says its new fruit range will be available in all US Aldi stores and online in 2018.
Aldi is not the only company to produce its own products.
PepsiCo, which has more than 500 stores across US, Canada and Mexico, is also working on a new range of fruit drinks.
The beverage giant says its “fresh fruit drinks will have a fresh taste, with the fruit juice blended into a delicious ice cream drink”.
Aldi also has plans for its own fresh fruit juice brand.
