Mcvacar noted that Canada’s food imports from the U.,S.
and China are also growing at an annual rate of about 8%.

In 2017, Canada imported an additional 2.3 billion pounds and exported 2.5 billion pounds, bringing total exports to over $20 billion,” he said.
