How to buy canned fruit in Australia

In the United States, fruit can be purchased at a grocery store and canned in the home.

But in Australia, fruit is sold in supermarkets, which typically have the most expensive varieties of fruit, and the most fruit juice, with the best price.

It can cost up to $4.25 for a single can of canned fruit.

“It is cheaper for a supermarket to buy the whole thing,” said Greg Cairns, chief executive of Cairn Canning, a fruit producer in Queensland.

“But then it is the supermarkets that are the ones that are going to make the most money from it.”

For consumers, buying fresh fruit is not just about the cost of the fruit itself, but also the health benefits.

“Fresh fruit can provide vitamins and minerals to help maintain a healthy diet, but it also contains vitamins and amino acids, which are important for a good immune system,” Dr Cairsons told ABC News Breakfast.

Fresh fruit also contains antioxidants, including anthocyanins, which help prevent oxidative damage to the skin and the lungs.

“The health benefits of fresh fruit, including vitamins and antioxidants, are well documented and they’re very beneficial for our immune system, we can’t have too many of them in our body,” Dr Todson said.

Dr Cairsons believes a simple, healthy diet can boost a person’s immune system.

“When you have an active lifestyle and you’re following a diet high in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, you’ll be able to have a better immune system and we’ll have a less susceptibility to things like asthma, allergies and colds,” he said.

“And if we have a healthy environment, our immune systems will function better, too.”

The health benefits can be seen in some of the fruits grown for the U.S. and Australia.

In Australia, about 25 per cent of the total produce grown in Australia is fresh fruit.

For consumers in the United Kingdom, about 30 per cent is from fresh fruit and vegetables, with another 20 per cent coming from imported produce.

“If we eat more fruits and vegetables than we produce, then that means more of the food is available for us to eat,” Dr Gabbatt said.
